Meet Becs & Rieko
I’m Becs, founder of Rieko’s World - although really, this all started with Rieko.
I know what it’s like to love a dog in a way other people don’t always understand. I couldn’t have children of my own, and while I’m lucky to be a step-mum, Rieko became my baby in his own right. He’s family, he’s been beside me through huge chapters of my life, and ultimately, he inspired this brand.
Rieko’s World grew from that feeling - creating pieces for other dog mums who know their dog is so much more than “just a dog”.
Rieko is a miniature Labradoodle, although nobody appears to have told him about the miniature or oodle part. He’s quirky, chaotic, loyal, ball-obsessed, wildly cheeky and completely full of heart.
Some people say, “He’s just a dog.”
They don’t get it.
I say, “He’s my world.”

Rieko’s World may have started with one very loved dog, but then came Kora - our rescue cat and my completely unexpected introduction to being a cat mum.
Watching her and Rieko become their own little family meant there was only one possible outcome: cats were joining Rieko's World too.
So there's now a growing collection for the cat mums who know sometimes you don't choose the cat. The cat distribution network chooses you.
